On Sunday, December 10, the Bunbury CBD will again come alive for Bunbury Christmas in the City. Free to attend, this highly anticipated event combines the Festival, Street Parade, and Carols Concert. The event features food and market stalls, entertainment and activities for community members of all ages. Christmas in the City is held at Bunbury’s iconic Graham Bricknell Music Shell and Bicentennial Square. The festival will host different 'zones' which are free to the community and will include an artificial ice rink, Candy Land (food based workshop), Rudolph's Barn (petting zoo), Snow Land (marquee with artificial snow) and Santa's Village (meet Santa and Mrs Clause). There will also be food vendors and market stalls selling their wares. The Street Parade then begins at 5.30pm and travels through Bunbury's CBD. Spectators line the streets to watch the festively decorated floats, vehicles, and groups pass by. June 1 to 3 - Kalbarri Canoe & Cray Carnival

The 2018 Kalbarri Canoe & Cray Carnival will be a 2 day, 3 night event this year on Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd June - The West Australia June Long Weekend. We are very excited to present this family friendly weekend to the local community and visitors- with many crowd pleasers such as Princess Kyli Parade, Canoe Capers, Landlubber Games, Murchison River Dash, Adventurethon and other canoe events. The main objective being to provide a family friendly fun day which attracts visitors to Kalbarri. The events start with the Friday's Pirate Theme Night with Pirate and Wench dress-up competition in the Gilgai Tavern. Saturday will be the Adventurethon event hosted by Adventurethon. The Sunday events start with the 16.5km 'Murchison River Dash' canoe race hosted by Canoeing Western Australian Inc from Murchison House Station to Sally’s Tree on the foreshore.
